• • The Flag Method: Place your dose between parchment paper and press it gently with your fingers. Your body heat will flatten it into a thin “flag,” making it easier to drop onto a nail.
  • Temperature: Use a low temperature between 450°F and 500°F (232°C to 260°C).
  • Clean Up: Full melt will still leave a tiny bit of carbon residue compared to rosin. Clean the surface immediately with a dry cotton swab, followed by one dipped in isopropyl alcohol.

 How to Press 90u Hash into Live Rosin

• The Bag: Double-bag your hash using 25-micron or 37-micron nylon mesh bags. This keeps the fine powder from escaping into your oil.
• The Temperature: Keep it low to preserve flavor, ideally between 160°F and 180°F (71°C to 82°C).
• The Pressure: Apply pressure very slowly. If you squash the bag too fast, it will burst (a blowout), mixing raw hash into your clean rosin. Let it warm up on the plates for 30 seconds, then gradually increase pressure over 2 to 3 minutes.
